Cella was established in March 2022 as a strategic joint venture between NWP Property, CRE Asia, and Mr. Bonny Setiawan to build a pure-play logistics real estate platform to serve the severely under-penetrated logistics real estate sector in Indonesia. It has a sole purpose of developing, leasing and managing modern logistics warehouses in Indonesia.
