Mr. Setiawan is a widely known specialist in the Indonesian logistics space with over 20 years’ experience in Indonesia’s real-estate and financial markets. Prior to joining hands with NWP Property and partnering with CRE for the logistics platform, Mr. Setiawan served as CEO of Mega Manunggal Property Tbk (“MMP”), a leading IDX-listed logistics company, between 2017 and 2020. In addition to his leadership role at MMP, Mr. Setiawan also has over 15 years of experience in real estate, investment, and financial services, formerly Executive Director at UBS and Senior Vice President at Danareksa Sekuritas.
